We are hiring a Staff Urgent Care Physician with the Advancement of a Medical Directorship in Temecula, CA.Essential Responsibilities:Urgent Care Medicine practices twelve-hour (12) shifts with a 1-hour break.Full-time is 12 shifts per month, 2 on-call shifts per month, and managing 4 mid-level providers.Part-time is a minimum of 6 shifts per month, and managing up to 4 mid-level providersTreat 4 patients per hour, from newborns to geriatrics (full-spectrum care), in a low-acuity setting.Bread & Butter Procedures: I&Ds, Toenail Removal, and Laceration Repair.Equipment: We offer In-house Point-of-Care testing and X-rays.A Board-Certified Radiologist overreads all X-rays, and results are available within 20 minutes for routine orders.Easy-to-use EMR: VelociDoc with Dragon dictation and document all patients in one minuteMinimum Requirements | Qualifications:Medical Degree (M.D. or D.O.)Completion of a formal Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine Residency Training ProgramCA Medical License that is active and in good standingDEA Certificate
