You will be part of the Logistics Team at our Oklahoma City office. The Warehouse Manager is responsible for the full operational oversight of a centralized warehouse that supports multiple power plants within the region. This role ensures the effective execution of warehouse strategy, driving efficient material management and supporting overall operational reliability. The Warehouse Manager will lead the warehouse team and ensure the accurate receiving, sorting, labeling, storage, and staging of all parts and materials. The role is also accountable for maintaining the warehouse's physical condition by planning and implementing optimized layouts that support safe, organized, and efficient material flow to and from power plant sites. This position reports directly to the Senior Manager, Logistics & Warehouse and plays a key role in supporting the organization's broader logistics and warehouse strategy.

The minimum requirements for this role are:

• Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and 5+ years' related experience with knowledge of warehouse management, distribution of materials. In lieu of a degree, 7+ years' related experience.
• Strong computer skills with experience on the MS suite including Word, Excel and MS Project. Strong with SAP and SAP MM
• Knowledge and understanding of budgeting
• 20% travel required (domestic)
• Preferred:
• Stocks Management experience for industrial processes Ability to work as a part of a team and involve other in decisions when appropriate
• Good written and verbal communications, interpersonal, and organizational skills required
• Ability in scheduling and planning and the flexibility to maintain such as conditions change
• Ability to work independently
• Strong understanding of safety requirements within warehouse management. Ability to solve complex problems, Ability to make decisions based on limited information, Time management, communicating and interpersonal skills.
• Initiative and drive for high achievement and continuous improvement
