Pharmaceutical Sales Representative Opportunity with Galt Phranchisee, AMRX Pharma, LLC., for the Tampa North, FL Territory The role of the Pharmaceutical Sales Representative is to develop and manage accounts within the territory through provider offices and retail distribution, while effectively managing expenses. The position requires a unique set of business skills (e.g., financial and data analysis) to profitably manage franchise activities as a surrogate for the franchise owner. Candidates with an entrepreneurial spirit who can identify opportunities and solutions that create value-based relationships with accounts and generate a return on investment for the franchise owner will be well suited for this dynamic and challenging position. Business Development Develop the territory franchise as a business profit center. Develop the business plan to achieve sales goals, including account identification, marketing initiatives, expense allocations, and time management. Acquire a minimum of 20 accounts that meet “Galt 10” parameters. Develop strategic partnerships with healthcare practices and pharmacies. Participate in territory business reviews with franchise owners. Collaborate with corporate business functions (marketing, supply chain, operations, sales) to share creativity and results and promote best practices across the organization. Territory Management Represent Galt Pharmaceuticals through a demonstrated understanding of its vision and principles. Understand the social and political culture of communities within the franchised territory. Perform data analysis to evaluate targeting, trends, and prospecting; use tools such as CRM and prescription data to measure performance and activities. Approach territory management through people centricity rather than by targeting competitive products. Represent Galt Pharmaceuticals as “A Better Way” to deliver pharmaceutical care, one patient at a time. Prepare for and adapt to changes in the business, territory, and market to continue growing accounts. Make sound financial decisions that save time and expenses. When required, work with accounting and compliance departments to assist with collecting payments and required documentation for pharmacy accounts. Implement efficient routing and execution of market strategy in healthcare offices, pharmacies, physicians, and anchor pharmacies based on the Galt sales process. Account Management Implement Galt account management and sales processes. Work with accounts to solve problems, adding value to the business and focusing care on customers through application of product knowledge and benefits. Differentiation through white‑glove, concierge service that brings true value to customers. Actively listen to internal and external stakeholders to identify barriers, gaps, and opportunities. Facilitate solutions through excellent problem‑solving skills and knowledge of both the business and customer. Professional Skills Outstanding interpersonal, improvisational, and solutioning skills. Strong metacommunication skills, active listening and oral presentation. Command of complex medical and pharmaceutical terminology. Proficiency in using iPads, computers, and mobile devices. Intermediate computer skills in iOS, Windows, Word, and Excel. Self‑motivated with ability to work independently without supervision. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously. Demonstrates integrity, high ethical and professional standards in all interactions. 1–2 years of B2B, DME, or healthcare sales experience preferred. Must be pursuing a bachelor’s degree in life sciences or a business‑related area preferred. Employment Requirements Must pass sales and clinical/compliance training.
