Job Description Full-time Nights LPN or RN – Hillcrest Millard Location: Hillcrest Millard, 13225 Westwood Lane, Omaha, NE 68144 Schedule: Full-Time Nights, 6:00 p.m. – 6:00 a.m. Starting Pay: RN starting at $38.00+ per hour | LPN starting at $31.50+ per hour, depending on experience Hillcrest Health & Living is currently seeking an LPN or RN to join our team at Hillcrest Millard in Omaha, NE. Hillcrest Millard is West Omaha’s premier destination for post-acute rehabilitation and long-term care. This state-of-the-art community combines innovative therapy, exceptional hospitality, and quality care to help guests and residents recover, maintain independence, and receive support in a welcoming environment. What You’ll Get to Do Provide quality nursing care and support for guests and residents Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and care plans Monitor guest and resident conditions and communicate changes with the care team Support guests and residents with dignity, comfort, and respect Partner with Nurse Techs, Medication Aides, and other team members to ensure quality care Complete documentation accurately and timely Communicate with guests, residents, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members Follow infection control, safety, and regulatory standards Help create a positive, supportive environment for guests, residents, and team members What We’re Looking For Active RN or LPN license in the state of Nebraska Experience in skilled nursing, post-acute rehab, long-term care, memory care, assisted living, hospital, or similar setting preferred Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail Compassionate, dependable team member with a heart for serving aging adults Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism Strong communication and teamwork skills STAR mentality: Selfless, Tough, Accountable, Respectful Why Hillcrest?
