This role involves evaluating patients, developing personalized treatment and discharge plans, and delivering therapy aimed at enhancing independence in daily living skills.Responsibilities\n \n Evaluate and treat patients based on physician orders and referrals.\n Develop and update individualized treatment and discharge plans.\n Document services accurately and in a timely manner.\n Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) in compliance with applicable practice acts and facility policies.\n Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and family members to ensure comprehensive patient care.\n Maintain compliance with safety and regulatory standards.\n Qualifications\n \n Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (MOT/OTD).\n Active state Occupational Therapy license, or the ability to obtain one.\n Strong clinical, documentation, and communication skills.\n \n \n Wellspring Nurse Source Job ID #38128993.
