To be considered for ongoing opportunities, please apply first, then contact our finance and accounting talent managers at View phone number on click.appcast.io Senior Staff Accountants are responsible for: Lead month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting in adherence to GAAP.Perform reconciliations for key accounts, including cash, prepaid expenses, fixed assets, and liabilities, ensuring proper ledger-to-subledger alignment.Prepare and post complex journal entries (e.g., depreciation, accruals, adjustments) to maintain accurate financial records.Manage the fixed asset ledger, overseeing asset acquisitions, disposals, and depreciation schedules.Collaborate with external auditors during annual audits by organizing requested financial documentation and ensuring regulatory compliance.Implement process improvements for reconciliation of workflows
