International'sFALDprogram offers early career professionals a three-year rotational program that gives you opportunities to rotate through various areas of International within our Accounting, Finance and Operations Teams, including: Manufacturing, Corporate Finance, Purchasing & Logistics, Product Development, Service Parts, and Sales & Distribution. Rotation flexibility is an important component of ourFALDProgram, as rotationassignments could include opportunities at International facilities in Texas, Oklahoma, Alabama or elsewhere in the US. Responsibilities Complete three 12-month rotations in various finance and accounting functions across our company Work on meaningful projects and initiatives that impact our business performance and strategy Learn from senior leaders and experts in the field of finance and accounting Gain cross-functional experience to enhance professional growth Opportunities to participate and lead cross-functional project teams Develop your technical, analytical, communication, and leadership skills Network with otherFALDparticipants and alumni across the company Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration with a specialization in Finance, Accounting, or Economics OR Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration with a specialization in Finance, Accounting, or Economics Will obtain degree prior to first day of employment OR Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration with a specialization in Finance, Accounting, or Economic Master’s Degree or Master’s Degree in process Additional Requirements Qualified candidates, excluding current employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States.
