Staff Physical Therapist (Outpatient Orthopedics)

Location: Newark, NJ
Job Type: Full Time
Salary Range: $90,000 – $110,000 (DOE)**

We are not considering New Graduate candidates unless they have completed their April boards and are already licensed .

About the Role:

We are seeking a Staff Physical Therapist to join a well-established outpatient orthopedic practice treating a diverse patient population from younger individuals to older adults. The primary focus is on orthopedic conditions, offering a wide variety of cases and clinical experiences.

While the environment includes other disciplines, this role is strictly for Physical Therapy professionals working in a collaborative setting.

 

Caseload Expectations:

• Established clinics: 1.5 – 2.0 patients per hour
• Developing clinics: 1.0 – 1.2 patients per hour (growth-focused opportunity)

Work Schedule:

4-Day Work Week (10-hour shifts):

• Example: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
• Hours: 8 AM – 6 PM or 9 AM – 7 PM
• One weekday off (Tuesday or Thursday depending on clinic)

5-Day Schedule (Sole Provider Locations):

• Monday, Wednesday, Friday: Full days (8–6 or 9–7)
• Tuesday & Thursday: Half days (8–1 or 9–2)
