MANUFACTURING ENGINEER

Manufacturing EngineerThe successful candidate will efficiently provide high quality engineering solutions to complex manufacturing and business problems. The Manufacturing/Process Engineer will drive improvement using industry best practices, standardize work. Work will be completed according to TE Connectivity's SOPs within an ISO 13485 environment.Responsibilities Include:Technical ownership of manufacturing processesAnalysis, design, evaluation, modification, testing and implementation of manufacturing processes, equipment, and process controlsProcess development, fixture & tooling developmentDraft, execute, and complete equipment and process validationParticipate in cross functional teams to solve problems using Lean, Six Sigma, and other analytical toolsTroubleshooting, root cause analysis, and implementation of corrective actions when necessaryEvaluate customer designs for manufacturing capability, quoting supportDevelop and support process documentation, train employeesConsistently provide an Exceptional Customer ExperienceAll other duties as assigned.Job Requirements:BS Engineering/Computer Science/Physical Sciences DegreeMechanical Engineering or Electrical3-5 yrs experience as a Manufacturing EngineerPositive, adaptable attitude that thrives in a fast paced, dynamic environmentHighly effective written and verbal communicationAbility to navigate ambiguity and negotiate alignment with stakeholdersQuick learner with strong mechanical aptitude and a hands-on approachEmbraces and drives change for improvementExperience dealing with third party equipment vendorsCompetencies Values: Integrity, Accountability, Inclusion, Innovation, TeamworkABOUT TE CONNECTIVITYTE Connectivity plc (NYSE: TEL) is a global industrial technology leader creating a safer, sustainable, productive, and connected future.
