RN Travel Contract - Night Shift - SNF/LTC

Registered Nurse
Registered Nurse needed for full-time night shifts in Tribune, Kansas. Provide high-quality resident care in a 12-hour shift from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM. Work as part of a supportive healthcare team on a long-term assignment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications, treatments, and wound care as ordered
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and responses accurately
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to coordinate care and address concerns
- Respond promptly to emergency situations and provide life-saving interventions
Qualifications:
- Current, active RN license in the state of Kansas
- Reliable, professional, and compassionate demeanor
- Strong communication, leadership, and clinical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a care team
- Ability to work 12-hour night shifts from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM
- Willingness to work weekends as scheduled
Preferred Skills:
- Previous long-term care, skilled nursing, or similar healthcare experience preferred
