Entry Level Production Technician

Pay: $24.00 - $25.00 per hour

Job Summary

We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as a Production Technician . This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their technical skills in a hands-on manufacturing environment.

No aerospace experience is required. We are looking for candidates who are mechanically inclined, enjoy working with their hands, and are eager to learn. Individuals from manufacturing, construction, automotive, maintenance, warehouse, assembly, military, landscaping, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fabrication, machine operation, and other hands-on backgrounds are encouraged to apply.

What You'll Do

• Assemble products and components using hand and power tools
• Support production, testing, and manufacturing operations
• Follow work instructions, drawings, and specifications
• Inspect completed work for quality and accuracy
• Package and prepare materials for shipment
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Work safely and collaborate with team members
• Assist with other production-related tasks as needed

• Mechanical aptitude and the ability to learn new skills
• Comfort working with tools, equipment, or machinery
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to follow instructions and pay attention to detail
• Team-oriented mindset
• Basic computer skills are helpful but not required

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed

• Ability to perform repetitive tasks and work in a production environment

Schedule

• 9/80 schedule
• Every other Friday off

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mukilteo, WA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $26.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
