QC Inspector

We are seeking experienced QC Inspectors to join a growing quality team. The QC Inspector will be responsible for inspecting and testing products throughout the manufacturing process to ensure they meet customer specifications, design requirements, and applicable quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect and test manufactured products to verify quality and compliance with specifications.
• Read blueprints, drawings, and layouts to confirm product dimensions and requirements.
• Perform dimensional measurements and verify finished products meet design specifications.
• Conduct and/or support weld inspections to ensure weld quality and compliance.
• Verify finished products meet customer specifications and AWS D1.1 requirements.
• Document inspection results, measurements, testing, and quality findings accurately.
• Identify quality issues or discrepancies and communicate findings to the appropriate team members.
• Maintain a strong focus on safety, accuracy, and attention to detail throughout the inspection process.

Required Qualifications

• Previous experience in quality inspection, manufacturing inspection, welding inspection, or a related field.
• Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and layouts.
• Experience performing dimensional measurements and product inspections.
• One of the following is required:
• UT Level II Shear Wave certification, or Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) certification.
• Knowledge of welding inspection practices and AWS D1.1 standards.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately document inspection results.
• Ability to work effectively in a manufacturing environment.
