Position Overview: The Technical Operator will perform tasks related to the installation, and troubleshooting of submersible pump systems using lay-flat hoses. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in water well systems, be comfortable traveling, and possess strong problem-solving skills. Experience in water and related groundwater and surface pumping would be great.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist and train existing and potential customers in the use of our products using hoses and associated equipment to successfully deploy and retrieve submersible pumps using lay-flat hose
• Learn to troubleshoot issues related to water well performance.
• Collaborate with engineers and fabricators to constantly improve processes and designs.
• Provide written project summaries to management.
• Travel nationally and internationally (30-60%) to customer sites for installations and support.4
• Work in a safe manner

Qualifications:

Required:

• Hands-on experience in the water well industry.
• 4–8 years of operational experience working with industrial products or heavy-duty equipment.
• Strong understanding of water including pump systems, flow rates, pipes and fittings.
• Familiarity with tools and machinery such as torque wrenches, pipe cutters, and electrical testing devices.
• Self-motivated with a problem-solving mindset and ability to work in demanding environments.
• Strong communication skills for customer training and team collaboration.
• Valid US Drivers License.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen, background check, and motor vehicle report

Preferred:

• Undergraduate degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, or related field).
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot mechanical and hydraulic systems.
