Accounting Associate
Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Excel, Word)
Ideal candidates will have some type of administrative assistance background with good attention to detail.
Proposed Responsibilities:
- Incoming and Outgoing Mail Processing
- PO/Invoice Management for Tax Dept.
- Maintain Office Supplies
- Complete Expense Reports for Tax Department
- Prepare Simple Annual Reports for Filing with Secretary of State
- Coordination Records/Record Retention Activity for Department
- Ad Hoc Data Entry/Administrative Tasks
The hourly rate for this position is between $24.00-25.00 per hour. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
