Contract: 13 weeks
Start: ASAP
Shift: 3×12s; open to 4×12s with no OT until after 52 hours
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours unless signing 4×12s
Floating: As needed by facility
Weekend: Every other weekend
Holidays: Every other holiday
Required License & Certifications
NY State LPN/LVN License – Required
BLS – Required
8 hours of Stroke Education – Required
Pending NY license may be accepted if the candidate has already applied; application submission date must be provided.

Peripheral IV care/management
Oxygen administration & nasal cannula
Non-invasive airway management

Important Submission Rules
All RTO must be included at submission.
RTO requested after an offer will NOT be approved.
Call-offs: Maximum 3 shifts during the 13-week assignment.
Nursing license must have no disqualifying hits.
