Director Global Product Management (based in Tucson, AZ)

The Global Product Director will lead the global product strategy for the Strategic Business Unit, owning product management, portfolio and lifecycle management, pricing strategy, and SKU governance. This role is responsible for shaping the product roadmap based on market and customer insights, driving portfolio profitability and simplification, and ensuring competitive positioning across regions. The director partners closely with commercial, R&D, operations, and regional teams to deliver sustainable growth, margin expansion, and effective global product execution. This position is based onsite in Tucson, AZ. Key Responsibilities Define and execute the global product strategy and roadmap for the SBU in line with business objectives. Lead product, portfolio, and lifecycle management, including SKU rationalization and governance. Own global pricing strategy, frameworks, and value positioning to drive growth and margin. Translate market, customer, and competitive insights into clear product priorities and investment decisions. Partner with commercial, R&D, operations, and regional teams to ensure effective global product execution. Track and optimize portfolio performance, innovation pipeline, and product profitability. Requirements Extensive experience in global product management or portfolio leadership within a complex, multi-market environment. Proven track record in defining product strategy, managing portfolios, and driving pricing and SKU discipline. Strong commercial mindset with the ability to balance growth, margin, and customer value.
