Class A Truck Driver

Trillium Drivers is now hiring a CDL Class A Yard Driver in Carrollton, TX!


Pay is $27 per hour with overtime after 40 hours, Schedule is Monday - Friday, start time between 4pm-6pm, 8-12 hours per day. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity!


This is a yard position that will primarily involve moving trailers safely and efficiently within the yard. Driver must be comfortable operating in tight spaces and working in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities:
-Move and spot trailers throughout the yard
-Back trailers into dock doors and staging areas
-Operate equipment safely and responsibly
-Ensure trailers and equipment are secure
-Communicate with dispatch, warehouse, and yard personnel
-Complete all necessary paperwork

Qualifications:
-Valid CDL Class A license
-At least 1+ year of recent and verifiable CDL Class A experience
-Yard jockey or yard spotting experience preferred
-Valid DOT Medical Card
-Clean MVR
-Comfortable backing and maneuvering in tight areas
-Ability to pass pre-employment screenings
-Clean criminal background
-No Clearinghouse violations
