The Mammography Radiology Technologist will report to the Diagnostic Imaging Manager with day-to-day guidance from a Breast Imaging Supervisor and close collaboration with board-certified radiologists, friendly nurses, and a diverse multidisciplinary team, taking ownership of high-quality 2D and 3D screening and diagnostic mammography, compassionate patient positioning and education, MQSA and ACR-compliant quality control, exam optimization and safety, procedure support for stereotactic and tomosynthesis-guided interventions, accurate EHR documentation, and participation in performance improvement, accreditation readiness, precepting, and shared governance initiatives that amplify professional voice and growth.
