Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general maintenance and repairs for the building, equipment, and grounds
• Inspect areas regularly to identify and fix maintenance issues
• Assist with basic HVAC, plumbing, and electrical work
• Keep common areas, tools, and equipment clean, safe, and organized
• Respond to maintenance requests and support safety checks and facility operations

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Previous maintenance experience preferred (healthcare setting a plus)
• Basic knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems
• Valid driver's license required
• Ability to follow safety procedures and comply with regulations
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to lift, carry, and perform physical job duties as required
