$160K - $180K + 10% bonus.

A growing consultancy with a large presence in Miami, FL is requiring a Lead Software Engineer to join their team, working in a hybrid manner. The opportunity is unique because you will get the chance to work within many different industries, making a difference on multiple projects and liaising with various development teams.

Technically, you will need to have strong C#, .NET, SQL and be comfortable developing web-based interfaces, ideally with React or Angular.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee a small development team and ensuring work is completed to scope.
• Able to mentor and guide peers, providing feedback on what they can improve and then implementing this moving forward.
• Communicate with upper management and key stakeholders the status of the project.

Skills:

• 10 + years’ experience with C#, .NET.
• SQL Server
• React or Angular experience.
• Able to understand SOLID principles.
