AR & AP Clerk (Part-Time 4 hours per day
- Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded
- Maintaining accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Assist with reviewing of expenses, payroll records etc.
- Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed
- Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports
- Assist with other accounting projects
Additional Requirements:
- Proven experience as accounting clerk
- Excellent organizing abilities
- Great attention to detail
- Good with numbers and figures and an analytical acumen
- Excellent knowledge of relevant computer software
- Troubleshooting and can work independently
