Propane Delivery Driver

Our drivers work closely with service technicians, dispatch, and local leadership to deliver safe, on-time service while maintaining strong customer relationships.What You'll Do in Your First 30 DaysComplete onboarding, safety training, and ride-alongs to learn EDP delivery routes and proceduresPerform daily vehicle inspections (DDVIR) and document findings accuratelyBegin independent deliveries with support from dispatch and service teamsLearn how we communicate with customers, handle after-hours calls, and escalate service needs appropriatelyDay-to-Day ResponsibilitiesLoad, secure, transport, deliver, and unload propane products safelyMaintain compliance with all federal, state, DOT, and company safety requirementsInspect vehicles and report maintenance or equipment needs promptlyProvide professional, courteous service at every customer locationWork collaboratively with service and dispatch teams to support operational goalsParticipate in on-call rotations, including extended or after-hours work as business needs requireMust HaveValid Class A or B CDL with Hazmat and Tanker endorsementsDriving record that meets company insurance requirementsAbility to safely lift up to 75 lbs and pull up to 125 lbs in all weather conditionsWillingness to work on-call and outside regular hours when requiredCommitment to following safety procedures without exceptionNice to HavePrevious truck driving or propane delivery experienceComfort using basic computer systems for logging, inspections, and documentationExperience working directly with residential or commercial customersFamiliarity with DOT inspections and compliance standardsPay & BenefitsPay: $33-$36 per hour (based on experience)Benefits include:Medical, dental, and vision insurance optionsHealth Savings Account (HSA) & Flexible Spending Account (FSA)401(k) with company matchTuition reimbursementPropane discountPaid holidays and paid time offCompany-paid $50,000 life/AD&D insuranceLong-term disability coverageEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)Optional supplemental life and short-term disability coverageOur CultureWe believe people do their best work when they're supported, respected, and trusted to do the job right.
