What You'll DoAs a BOH Line Cook at District Fore, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our kitchen runs smoothly and efficiently. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and cooking menu items according to established recipes and standards.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Assisting with food prep and ensuring ingredients are properly stocked and ready for service.
- Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure timely and high-quality food delivery.
- Following all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
To excel in this role, you’ll need:
- At least 1 year of experience working in a kitchen or similar culinary environment.
- A strong work ethic and the ability to stay focused in a busy atmosphere.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality dishes.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A passion for food and a desire to grow your culinary skills.
