I've spent 19 years in the insurance industry, with experience in recruiting, claims, and as a team member before becoming an agent. I always knew agency ownership was my goal. Outside of work, I'm a huge St. Louis Cardinals fan, love coaching my son's baseball team, volunteer at my children's school, and being a mom is my greatest joy. Being involved in the community is a big part of who I am. Whether it's through my children's school or local activities, I enjoy finding ways to give back and stay connected with the families we serve. Role Description As an Account Associate for Kelli Kerton - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Responsibilities Manage customer accounts and update information in the database. Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries. Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status. Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance. Qualifications Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent customer service and communication skills.
