Responsibilities

Oversee the daily operations and strategic direction of our Somerset office to ensure consistent growth and service excellence.

Recruit, train, and support a high-performing sales team by fostering an environment of continuous learning and mutual encouragement.

Develop and execute local marketing initiatives that grow our brand presence and strengthen our ties to the community.

Manage and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients while seeking out new opportunities to serve our neighbors.

Monitor performance metrics and adjust workflows to streamline the insurance buying process for our policyholders.

Represent The Atlantic District at community events and local professional gatherings to maintain our reputation as a trusted local resource.

Requirements

Active Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses.

Proven track record in insurance agency management or high-level sales leadership.

Strong ability to coach and mentor sales staff to help them reach their potential.

Deep understanding of insurance products and local market dynamics in the Somerset area.

Exceptional relationship-building skills to expand our network within the community.

Proficiency in industry-standard agency management software.
