At Stacked STL , we’re all about scratch-made burgers, creative flavors, and a welcoming neighborhood vibe. Our Food Runners / Expos are the key link between the kitchen and the dining room—making sure every plate is hot, accurate, and beautifully presented before it reaches the guest. If you’re quick on your feet, detail-oriented, and love being part of a fast-paced, team-driven environment, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
Run food and drinks from the kitchen to guests promptly and with a smile
Double-check orders for accuracy, presentation, and quality before they leave the line
Communicate with servers and kitchen staff to keep service flowing smoothly
Keep expo and food runner stations clean, organized, and stocked
Assist with light bussing, restocking, and other tasks to support the team
Provide excellent customer service when interacting with guests
What We’re Looking For
Strong communication and teamwork skills—you’re the bridge between kitchen and FOH
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and timing
Reliable, upbeat, and ready to help wherever needed
Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
Prior experience as a food runner or expo is a plus, but not required—we’ll train the right person
