Therapist - Speech Language Pathologist

Job Description

Job Summary:
Seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to join a skilled nursing facility team. The role involves providing high-quality speech therapy services to residents in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

Evaluate residents' speech, language, and cognitive functions to determine therapy needs.
Develop and implement personalized therapy plans aligned with facility protocols.
Document patient progress accurately and maintain compliance with company policies.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care.
Adhere to dress code requiring black scrubs and maintain presence in the facility to guarantee hours.
Follow established policies including CRG P & P and achieve a productivity rate of 90%.

Qualifications:

Hold a valid state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.
Possess current CPR certification.
Demonstrate experience in skilled nursing or long-term care settings.
Exhibit strong communication and documentation skills.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
