Entry Level Sales Account Representative

Scorpco, Inc. is hiring driven individuals ready to learn, take ownership, and contribute to a team built on trust and accountability.

This role combines virtual training and meetings through Zoom with face-to-face consultations in customers’ homes. You’ll begin with structured training and coaching, then work directly with customers to build sales skills, strengthen communication, and earn confidence through experience.

This is a true entry-level opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Build trust through face-to-face customer conversations
• Open new customer accounts and support existing accounts
• Take ownership of individual and team performance goals
• Participate in ongoing training and put coaching into action
