Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Professional to join our team. We are part of the best Gutter Contracting Network in the World, and you may have an opportunity to be part of it too!
Gutter Shutter of St Cloud is a successful premium gutter systems installer in the central Minnesota area. With our exceptional customer reviews, a strong financial base and a clear plan for growth, we can offer you a great job and lifestyle. We are looking to add our next salesperson to the team, come learn how much more is possible for you.
Your Contribution
- Selling the world's Best gutter system, Gutter Shutter
- Run qualified residential gutter leads, generated & set by the company
- Work with the production team when selling a job to ensure proper information is communicated for a smooth installation.
- Follow up with prospects after appointment
- Attend Weekly sales meetings and trainings to enhance skills and share best practices.
- Generating own leads through canvassing and other company events.
- Minimum six months of sales experience (preferred)
- Valid Driver's License Required.
- The ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and Gutter Shutter Teammates.
- Goal orientated and a continuous learner
- Tech savvy
Hourly pay during the training period, then 100% commission based on 10% top line sales, 3% added to any self-driven leads. There is also an opportunity to add an additional bonus with certain threshold of sales goals met. When running leads, you will be provided with a company branded vehicle.
