Cost Manager

The Role Based in Houston, this is an exciting opportunity to work across a diverse portfolio of hyperscale data center developments and high‑profile commercial projects for some of the world’s most recognisable organisations. You’ll gain exposure to both mission‑critical developments and exciting commercial real estate projects, giving you the opportunity to broaden your experience across multiple sectors. You will support projects throughout the full lifecycle, gaining exposure to both pre‑ and post‑contract cost management while working closely with clients, contractors and wider project teams. Key Responsibilities Deliver cost management services across a range of large‑scale data center and commercial construction projects. Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets and cost plans. Manage tender processes, including the preparation of documentation and contractor negotiations. Oversee post‑contract services, including valuations, change management and final accounts. Produce clear and accurate financial reports, providing clients with confidence throughout project delivery. Support client decision‑making through benchmarking, value engineering and risk analysis. Act as a client‑facing representative, developing trusted and long‑term relationships. Collaborate with internal teams across the company’s wider US and international network. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or a related discipline. 3–6 years of experience within cost management, quantity surveying or construction consultancy. Experience delivering commercial, mission‑critical or complex construction projects is preferred. Strong understanding of both pre‑ and post‑contract cost management. Excellent communication, financial reporting and stakeholder management skills. US citizenship, existing right to work in the US, or eligibility for an E2 or E3 visa. Why Join?
