Sales Enablement Specialist

To support a growing global consulting organization, the full-time Sales Enablement Specialist will create impactful sales content and proposals while collaborating with various teams remotely across the EMEA region. Key responsibilities Write, design, and maintain a library of sales-facing content, including pitch decks and case studies Lead the end-to-end development of responses to RFPs and RFIs, ensuring polished and on-brand deliverables Collaborate cross-functionally to identify content needs and train the sales team on utilizing new materials effectively Required qualifications 3-5 years of experience in sales enablement, proposal writing, or related roles within professional services or consulting Proven experience managing RFP and proposal responses from kickoff to submission Exceptional business writing and editing skills with the ability to simplify complex subject matter Strong project management skills, capable of handling multiple deadlines and coordinating contributors Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
