Job Summary
Assemble pumps, motors, protectors, gas separators, downhole monitoring tools (DMT), pressure sensitive instruments (PSI), surveyor, and straightening shaft, etc.
Job Description
- Clean, oil, and/or sub-assemble components prior to final assembly at the appropriate assembly station.
- Assemble new equipment according to engineering drawings, blueprints, specifications, and established procedures.
- Inspect components and assemblies to ensure proper fit, alignment, and adherence to specifications.
- Safely operate hand tools, torque equipment, and other tools required for assembly.
- Load completed assemblies and transport equipment to the appropriate testing or lockplate/paint shop area.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow all company safety, quality, and production procedures.
- Perform other related assembly duties as assigned.
Skills Required
- Ability to read and follow blueprints, work instructions, and assembly specifications.
- Ability to use common hand tools and torque equipment safely and effectively.
- Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift, move, and transport equipment as required.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented manufacturing environment.
- Commitment to safety, quality, and productivity.
Education
- Requi red: High School Diploma or GED required.
Additional requirements
- Sh i ft: 5AM - 3:30PM Monday - Friday
Pay rate
- $18 per hour (Compensation is offered based on experience, skills, and market factors)
