This full-time contract opportunity offers the chance to serve PreK-12 students with moderate to severe needs in dynamic educational settings. With a flexible structure—no set caseloads or assigned locations at present—you’ll enjoy variety in your daily work as you travel to different schools to deliver essential support.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current state licensure and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• Experience working in school-based environments preferred
• Expertise supporting students with moderate to severe speech and language challenges
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing assignments and student needs

Responsibilities:

• Provide speech-language therapy to PreK-12 students across multiple school locations
• Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans targeting speech, language, and communication disorders
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to integrate supports and align goals
• Adapt therapy methods to suit classroom-based and one-on-one settings
• Document progress, participate in IEP meetings, and maintain accurate records
• Adjust to new schools and caseloads as placements may shift throughout the contract
