Corporate Relationship Specialist Hawaii Foodbank | Honolulu, HI (Hybrid) | Full-Time Help Turn Corporate Generosity into Community Impact Bishop & Co. is representing Hawaii Foodbank in their pursuit of a relationship-driven professional to join its Development team as a Corporate Relationship Specialist. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building meaningful partnerships, creating sponsorship opportunities, and connecting businesses with a mission that makes a direct impact across Hawaii. Working closely with the Director of Institutional Giving, you'll help grow HawaiiFoodbank's corporate giving program through sponsorships, workplace giving campaigns, cause marketing partnerships, and corporate philanthropy initiatives. You'll manage relationships with corporate partners, develop proposals and engagement opportunities, and help deliver exceptional stewardship experiences that strengthen support for Hawai?i Foodbank's mission. What You'll Do Build and manage relationships with corporate partners and prospects Identify and research new corporate giving opportunities Develop sponsorship proposals, partnership packages, and engagement opportunities Coordinate workplace giving, cause marketing, and corporate volunteer initiatives Ensure timely stewardship, recognition, and reporting for partners Maintain accurate records and pipeline activity in Raiser's Edge NXT Collaborate with development, donor engagement, marketing, and operations teams Support special events and corporate engagement activities throughout the year What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience 3-5 years of experience in fundraising, corporate relations, business development, account management, client services, or a related field Demonstrated success building and managing external relationships Strong written and verbal communication skills Experience developing proposals, sponsorship opportunities, or business partnerships Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Experience with Raiser's Edge NXT or a similar CRM preferred Ability to work independently while contributing as part of a collaborative team Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally as needed Why Hawaii Foodbank? Compensation Compensation is determined individually based on the experience, qualifications, and expertise each candidate brings to the role.
