Our motto is It Takes All of Us to End Homelessness.Maintenance Technician II is responsible for independently performing maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair activities on production equipment, machinery, and facility systems. This position requires intermediate technical skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve equipment issues with minimal supervision.Job responsibilities include performing preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment and facility systems, troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and plumbing systems, diagnosing equipment failures and implementing corrective actions, reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals, supporting equipment installations, upgrades, and process improvements, maintaining maintenance logs, inventory records, and work orders, coordinating with production or operations teams to minimize downtime, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED required, technical certification or associate degree preferred, 2–5 years of industrial or facility maintenance experience, working knowledge of electrical systems, motors, controls, and PLC troubleshooting, and ability to use diagnostic tools and maintenance software.Skills and competencies include intermediate troubleshooting and repair skills, strong attention to detail, time management and organizational skills, ability to work independently, effective communication and teamwork, and continuous improvement mindset.Physical requirements include the ability to lift up to 60 pounds, ability to work in varying temperatures and industrial environments, and ability to work flexible schedules, overtime, or on-call shifts.Employee benefits include 401k and EAP (Employee Assistance Program).
