Dealership: L0072 Lithia Ford Lincoln of Boise Lithia Ford Lincoln of Boise Now Hiring: Experienced Service Advisor Pay: Commission plan with estimated earnings of $70k - $100k annually Schedule: We ask that you have open availability to support dealership operations and customer demand. You will need to be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Department Hours: Monday through Friday: 7:00 am - 6:00 pm and Saturday 7:00 am - 5:00 pm Why Join Our Team? What You'll Do Greet customers promptly and professionally, building trust from the first interaction Document customer concerns and translate them into repair orders Communicate recommended services and maintenance clearly and confidently Provide regular updates on repair status and timelines Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and quality work completion Deliver an exceptional customer experience that drives retention and CSI scores What You'll Bring 5+ years of experience in a Service Writing Advisor role Previous experience using CDK Time management – managing one's own time and time of others. Typing – ability to type efficiently in order to enter repair orders. Basic computer and cost calculation skills. Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
