Delivering transparency, efficiency, and control at scale./ph3Role Overview/h3pAs a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you are responsible for driving top-of-funnel performance by identifying, engaging, and qualifying new prospects to build a predictable and high-quality sales pipeline. You play a critical role at the start of the sales cycle, assessing customer fit, clearly articulating Cargobases value proposition, and ensuring only well-qualified opportunities are passed to Account Executives./ppThis role requires disciplined outreach, strong qualification judgment, and consistent CRM hygiene. As the first point of contact for many prospects, you represent Cargobase in the market, strengthening our brand while directly contributing to sustainable pipeline growth and revenue impact./ph3Key Responsibilities/h3ulliLead Generation Pipeline Creation/liliIdentify, source, and qualify new prospects across target industries and geographies./liliApply structured outreach via email, phone, and social channels to maintain a predictable inflow of high-quality leads./liliValidate customer fit quickly using defined qualification criteria (i.e. use case, urgency, business pain)./liliProgress only leads to the sales pipeline to ensure quality and accuracy./li/ululliPipeline Ownership/liliManage the initial qualification stages of the pipeline, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and consistency in opportunity creation./liliMaintain complete and up-to-date CRM records across all lead activities./li/ululliIntroductory Solution Selling/liliIdentify prospect pain points and articulate Cargobases high-level value proposition./liliAlign prospect needs with core platform capabilities during early conversations./liliSet accurate expectations to avoid misalignment during later sales stages./li/ululliForecasting, Reporting Target Achievement/liliProvide accurate forecasts on lead volumes, qualification rates, and conversion metrics./liliTrack outreach activities through CRM and ensure strong data hygiene for visibility to Sales Leadership./liliConsistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for qualified opportunities./li/ulh3Requirements/h3ulliBachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field (fresh graduates welcome)./liliStrong written and verbal communication skills./liliOrganised, self-motivated, and comfortable managing a high volume of outreach./liliGenuine curiosity about logistics, technology, or enterprise sales./liliFamiliarity with CRM tools or outreach platforms is a plus, but not required./liliComfortable in a fast-paced, multicultural, and data-driven environment/li/ul/div
