Up to $5,000 Sign on Bonus Relocation Available Job Responsibilities Evaluates and treats patients with developmental, neurological, orthopedic, and medical diagnoses. Provides extensive patient/family education. Collaborates with multidisciplinary team care. Experience Requirements Ortho Experience (Preferred) Neuro Experience (Preferred) Pediatric Rehab Experience (Preferred) Outpatient Experience (Preferred) Education & Credential Requirements Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Occupational Therapy, Required Licensed Physical Therapist from FL Department of Health, Required Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association, Required Location WCH - Specialty Lake City Positions requiring a Level II Background (detailed fingerprint‑based screening) will undergo screening as a condition of employment.
