Overview Licensed Practical Nurse | Long Term Care | Brentwood, NH, United States Travel - temporary assignment with Healthforce Healthcare LLC Start date: 09/08/2026 Weekly pay: $1,770–$1,919 per week Guaranteed hours: 40 hours per week Shift: 2:45 p.m. – 11:15 p.m. Setting: LTC – Nursing Home Key Highlights Weekly pay range: $1,770–$1,919 per week Guaranteed hours: 40 per week Start date: 09/08/2026 Shift: 2:45 p.m. – 11:15 p.m. Setting: Long-term care / nursing home Travel assignment through Healthforce Healthcare LLC Responsibilities Provide direct, compassionate nursing care to residents within a long-term care setting, under supervision as required. Monitor vital signs, administer medications and treatments per the care plan, and document actions accurately in the chart. Assist residents with activities of daily living and mobility, while promoting safety, dignity, and comfort. Recognize and report changes in resident condition to the supervising nurse and physician as appropriate. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to implement care plans and adjust interventions as directed. Maintain infection control practices, safety protocols, and patient privacy in all care activities.
