PHYSICAL THERAPIST/OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST

JUNE 22ND - JULY 2, 2026
MONDAY - THURSDAY
7 HOURS PER DAY

ASSIGNMENT: To provide direct support by providing therapy services to maintain and enhance motor skills, assisting with mobility or daily living activities, and collaborating with staff to support students' functional goals in the school environment.


QUALIFICATIONS:

• BS degree or MS degree in Occupational Therapy or Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current State of Washington license in Occupational Therapy or Physical Therapy required.
• WA State ESA certification in Occupational Therapy or Physical Therapy, or ability to obtain one required.
• Plans and implements treatment based upon evaluations of eligible students.
• Evaluates, observes, and writes reports for students as part of the evaluation process.
• Ability to contribute to IEPs.
• Ability to collaborate daily with educators and professionals to implement appropriate educational programs.
• Attends IEP and evaluation meetings.
• Possesses highly effective oral and written communication skills.
• Possesses skills necessary to build rapport with students and families from diverse cultural, social and economic backgrounds.
• Experience working with children with special needs preferred.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.

S TAFFING IS BASED ON PROJECTED NUMBERS OF STUDENTS. IF STUDENT NUMBERS ARE SIGNIFICATLY LESS THAN PROJECTIONS, SERVICES AND STAFF WILL BE REDUCED.
