District Manager Healthcare Technology Management (HTM) / Clinical Engineering

Our client is seeking a District Manager of Healthcare Technology Management (HTM) / Clinical Engineering to serve as the Executive Director supporting a large, multi-site academic health system in the Cleveland, Ohio region.

This executive-level role holds full accountability for strategic leadership, operational performance, financial oversight, regulatory compliance, and client relationship management across a complex healthcare environment. The District Manager will lead healthcare technology management services across multiple facilities and ensure delivery excellence that is predictable, reliable, and repeatable.

This position serves as the primary executive contact for the health system and is responsible for driving operational, financial, and strategic success.

Required qualifications include:

• Education: Bachelor's degree required; equivalent experience may be considered
• Experience: Minimum of 7 years of management experience; minimum of 7 years of functional experience in Healthcare Technology Management; demonstrated leadership experience within a large healthcare or academic medical center environment
• Industry expertise: Proven success leading HTM or Clinical Engineering operations in complex healthcare systems; strong understanding of healthcare regulatory requirements and compliance standards; working knowledge of cybersecurity risks and mitigation strategies within healthcare environments
• Leadership and business competencies: Exceptional executive presence and client relationship management skills; strong business acumen and financial management proficiency; ability to assess operational and financial performance and drive corrective actions; demonstrated ability to lead multi-site operations with measurable results; strong strategic thinking and decision-making capability; ability to build and sustain high-performing, diverse teams

Work environment:
