Ideal Candidate Profile The firm is seeking an ip & technology litigation associate with: Approximately 4–7 years of intellectual-property or complex technology litigation experience Experience handling patent, trade-secret or technology-related disputes Strong legal research, writing and analytical skills Experience drafting substantive motions and briefs Strong discovery and case-management fundamentals Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Strong academic credentials and sophisticated law-firm experience Admission to the California Bar, or eligibility to obtain admission promptly A technical background in electrical engineering, computer science or a related discipline is advantageous. Compensation and Benefits The anticipated base salary range is $260,000–$390,000, depending on class year, experience, location, qualifications and other relevant factors.
