Senior Accountant

We are working with a growing nonprofit organization in Chicago looking for a Senior Accountant. The ideal profile would be a 3-4 auditor with non-profit engagement experience, or a senior accountant directly out of a nonprofit. This isn’t a tiny organization where you’re wearing 15 hats with no infrastructure. You’ll be joining an established Finance team and working directly with senior finance leadership. Highlights They value a process-improvement mindset. If you see an opportunity to automate, streamline, or improve a process, they want you to bring those ideas to the table rather than simply maintaining the status quo.
