Garden Spring Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, a long-term care facility in the Philadelphia suburb of Willow Grove, PA , is seeking to hire compassionate Certified Nursing Aides

Full Time & Part Time schedules available

Shifts: 7am-3pm,3pm-11am and 11pm-7am

• Communicate effectively with the residents you care for as well as the nursing team

• Embrace our person-centered care approach to meet each resident's needs and preferences

The responsibilities & duties:

• Serve a vital role on our nursing team by acting as our residents' main care giver by providing necessary support for all activities of daily living

• Maintain patient stability: monitor weight and vitals as well as input and output and administer tests

• Communicate any observations in change of resident's status to the nursing team

• Document actions by completing forms, reports, and logs
