You'll call these clients, set appointments, and meet virtually to help them find the best insurance plan for their needs and budget. Some agents even start part-time and transition to full-time. Present and sell insurance products to new and existing customers. Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints. Participate in regular Zoom training sessions. Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is a plus. Familiarity with CRM platforms is helpful.
