Onsite Construction Manager for Federal NAVFAC Projects

OtterBase

OtterBase is searching for a Construction Manager to support NAVFAC Atlantic projects at NNSY Portsmouth, VA. This role involves overseeing construction operations and ensuring quality control on-site. The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management and at least 7 years of relevant experience.
