Job Summary
Rock Service Pros is looking to hire Field Service Technicians to join our team and deliver exceptional on-site service for plumbing, electrical or HVAC roles. You'll be the face of our company, providing expert repairs, services, maintenance, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal operation of appliances, HVAC systems, plumbing and electrical issues. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your technical skills in diverse environments, contribute to customer satisfaction, and grow your career within a supportive team, PLUS it pays 20% commission on every one of your sales!
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair issues on electrical, HVAC or plumbing jobs.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks to prevent breakdowns and extend equipment lifespan.
- Install new systems or components following safety standards and manufacturer specifications.
- Lead small teams or coordinate with other technicians during service calls when necessary.
- Maintain detailed service reports, work logs, and documentation for each job performed using our ServiceTitan platform for job tracking.
- Communicate clearly with customers about repair processes, system operation, and maintenance recommendations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a service technician with a focus on appliance repair, HVAC/R, plumbing, or electrical fields.
- Hands-on experience with equipment repair, installation, and maintenance in construction or related fields is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated leadership skills or experience supervising or mentoring junior technicians is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently in diverse environments.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; willingness to travel frequently for on-site visits.
