This full‑time opportunity offers a $10,000 sign‑on bonus, competitive benefits, and the chance to work in one of the most respected healthcare systems in Texas. During the training period you will work a variable shift schedule, typically lasting 45–90 days, and work all shift types – weekdays, evenings, weekends, and overnight shifts – to understand the workflow and responsibilities associated with each shift. After training is successfully completed, leadership will assign a consistent schedule based on departmental needs and team fit. Maintain imaging productivity while ensuring excellent image quality and patient safety. Monitor and manage radiation dose reference levels and take appropriate action when thresholds are exceeded. Utilize AIDET communication practices to ensure positive patient experiences. Prepare and position patients using proper immobilisation devices and exposure techniques. Follow strict radiation safety, infection control, and sterile technique standards. Maintain imaging equipment and exam rooms to meet quality and safety standards. Collaborate with engineers and physicists to ensure optimal equipment performance. Verify patient orders, history, pregnancy screening, and consent documentation. Maintain accurate records in PACS and EMR systems. Assist with inventory management and department workflow improvements. Less than one year of experience required. Hospital or Acute‑Care Experience Preferred.
