Live-In Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA)
Earn $241 to $257 a day as a Live-In Certified Home Health Aide with UMC HomeWorks. Provide steady, one-on-one care for a single client in their home.

As a HomeWorks Live-In CHHA, you'll care for one client over an extended period, giving you the chance to build real familiarity with their needs and provide more consistent, personal care than a rotating shift allows.

Responsibilities

• Provide continuous care to support your client's safety, comfort, and daily routine
• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, medication reminders, and mobility
• Prepare meals, assist with feeding, and handle light housekeeping
• Accompany your client to appointments and support safe mobility
• Watch for changes in condition or behavior and report them to nursing staff

What You'll Need

Required:

• Current, active New Jersey CHHA certification
• High school diploma or GED
• 18 years of age or older

Preferred:

• Prior live-in or home care experience

Pay & Benefits

• $241–$257 per day, based on case
• Mileage reimbursement between client visits
• $500 referral bonus for CHHA hires you refer
