LaSalle Network is hiring a Bilingual Receptionist for our client, a well-established nonprofit organization in Chicago. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys interacting with people, providing exceptional customer service and supporting both office operations and Human Resources initiatives. The ideal Receptionist is bilingual, dependable and adaptable, with a positive attitude and a passion for helping others. This position offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience across Human Resources, employee support and office administration while serving as a key point of contact for employees, visitors and external partners.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist employees, visitors and vendors in a professional and welcoming manner
• Answer, screen and direct incoming phone calls and inquiries
• Provide administrative support to the Human Resources team
• Assist employees with general HR-related questions and requests
• Maintain accurate employee records and documentation
• Support onboarding activities and employee communications
• Perform data entry and maintain information within HR systems
• Assist with general office administration and reception duties
• Help support special projects and additional administrative needs as assigned

Requirements:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required
• Previous customer service experience within Human Resources, reception or a professional office environment required
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with ADP is a plus
• Ability to remain professional, adaptable and composed in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to supporting employees
• Reliable attendance and professionalism required
• High school diploma required; additional education is a plus

Key Details:

• Compensation: $20-22 per hour depending on experience

• Work Model: Fully onsite
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m.
